Domestic Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. This does not include weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing an abnormally high volume of orders,  please anticipate up to 7 business days for order processing. If we are experiencing abnormally high order volume customers will be notified via an announcement at the top of the home page.

Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

 

Loss Damage and Return Policy

If your order arrives damaged, contact us right away and we will send you a replacement. If a replacement is not available, we will refund your purchase via store credit. We may require photographic evidence of the damage to the item and packaging. Little Oliver Soap Company will not be held liable for lost or stolen items. Shipping coverage is offered through Guardia One. We recommend adding this optional service to your order at checkout to cover loss, damage, or theft. 

Shipping Waranty

Shipping protection through Guardia One is offered at checkout. Add this option to your order for just $0.98 to protect your package from loss, damage, or theft.
